My Story: My Testimony
Starting a new chapter of my life – a new journey!
Hi, my name is Dannette (“dan-it”). I’m the Founder of Nabi Cre8tions.
My mission is to share my testimony of what the Lord has done for me, to spread God’s hope & love to others, to inspire, encourage, and support others in their faith in Christ.
My story isn’t one filled with rainbows and sparkling glitter; but, one riddled with tears, pain, hurt, challenges, and trials. It’s a story about triumph, hope, and finding light in the midst of darkness. It’s about me being re-born and discovering my identity in Christ.
After living in San Diego for over 20 years, God brought me back to Dallas (back to my family). It was after the darkest period in my life. In 2024, I poured myself into my artwork. I bought supplies, cleared out a corner of my dining area, and started to create different art pieces to decorate my new home.
It was a way for me to take my mind off of my life and to tap back into the creative side I had forgotten as an adult. I always loved drawing, painting, and making crafts as a kid. It was a creative gift and talent God gave me.
I started creating one piece after the next – God kept flooding my mind with ideas and designs. He kept nudging me and put it into my heart to start my own business. I never could have imagined what started out as a creative outlet and healing therapy would turn into my own online business! God is awesome!
I thank God for rescuing me from the pit of darkness. What the enemy intended for evil, for bad, the Lord has and is turning it all into good. It’s all FOR HIS GLORY – FOR HIS KINGDOM. God is so so good! God has given me my voice, my identity! I am NOT defined by this world, I am who GOD says I am.
God has given me the purpose for my life. Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior – I am nothing without Him.
