How long will my order take?

Each t-shirt is made to order. Depending on the size of your order, t-shirts take on average 2-3 business days to be processed (this does not include the shipping time). During the busy holiday season, you may experience some delays. Please expect to see an additional 1-2 day delay.

Where are your products made?

I heat press each t-shirt design, and all the other items are hand designed/crafted and shipped directly from Texas.

How do I know what t-shirt size to order?

Every product page includes a detailed t-shirt size chart.

I recommend comparing the measurements to one of your favorite shirts for the best fit.

Can I change or cancel my order?

I process orders shortly after they're placed. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please reach out to: orders@nabicre8tions.com as soon as possible. I will only allow changes or cancellations up to 8 hours after the order is placed. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be made. For this reason, please double-check your order (and shipping information) before the order is placed.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I do not accept returns or exchanges for customer ordering errors. For more details, please review the Return & Exchange Policy.

How do I order custom products from Nabi Cre8tions?

At this time, I am currently not taking on custom orders.
